Dit Da Medicine to the RESCUE

My Story...
On August 21, 2023 I sustained a pretty substantial surfing accident. The fin of my surfboard cut my calf open in the water, and I needed 30 stitches. I took an ambulance to the ER, and got the care I needed to save my life. A tourniquet had been placed on my leg, while I was still on the beach. While this was needed to stop the bleeding, the pressure from the tourniquet caused a serious, secondary injury to the muscles, nerves, and the fibula bone in my leg. My ankle was badly sprained, and I could not walk for about 3 weeks. I am still working on fully lowering my heel so I can walk properly.
I was given 2 doses of a very strong narcotic for pain while in the ER, along with more opiates to take at home. I found them useful for the first 3 days, but then they no longer helped. I stopped taking the drugs and went in a different direction.
I turned to Dit Da Medicine, using Acupuncture, epsom salt soaks, topical herbal compresses with heat, internal herbs, Arnica, and essential oils to help fight infection in the wound and speed up the healing.
Dit Da is a form of Ancient Eastern Medicine for the treatment of traumatic injuries and wounds. It is emergency-style medicine with Acupuncture and Herbs. And when used in the days/ weeks after an injury, it can speed recovery and healing, reduce infection, and prevent hospitalization. Dit Da can also be used for chronic wounds that are stubborn to heal.
I used this Dit Da Medicine to heal my injury:

2-3X/week for the 2nd week
2X/week for the 3rd week
Espom Salt soaks
3X/day for the 1st week

3X/day for the 1st week
2X/day for the 2nd week
*I only did this for the first 2 weeks.
Essential Oils
(Frankincense, Myrrh, Helichrysum in Jojoba oil, and Bay Laurel)
